By placing an order through Celinefiles, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described in this policy.

Because orders move quickly into processing, cancellation or modification requests should be submitted as soon as possible after the order is placed.
2. Order Cancellation Requests
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it enters the fulfillment or shipping process.
Cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to order status at the time the request is received.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately and provide:
- Full name
- Order number
- Email address used for the order
- Reason for cancellation (optional)
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled.
3. Orders Eligible for Cancellation
Orders may be eligible for cancellation if they:
- Have not entered fulfillment
- Have not been packed for shipment
- Have not been assigned a tracking number
- Have not been transferred to a shipping carrier
If the order meets these conditions, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it.
4. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
Cancellation requests may be denied if the order:
- Has entered processing
- Has been packed for shipment
- Has already been shipped
- Has been transferred to a carrier
- Has already been delivered
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Customers may instead be eligible to return the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
5. Order Change Requests
Customers may request changes to an order before fulfillment begins.
Possible modifications may include:
- Shipping address corrections
- Customer name corrections
- Contact information updates
- Size changes
- Color changes
- Quantity adjustments
All modification requests are subject to inventory availability and processing status.
6. Shipping Address Changes
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
If a shipping address needs to be updated, please contact us immediately.
Address changes may be accepted only if the order has not yet entered fulfillment or shipment stages.
Once a package has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.
Additional carrier fees resulting from customer-provided address errors may be the responsibility of the customer.
7. Product Changes
Customers may request modifications to product selections prior to processing.
Examples include:
- Changing a shirt size
- Selecting a different dress size
- Updating color preferences
- Adjusting quantities
- Replacing one product with another available item
Product changes depend on:
- Inventory availability
- Order status
- Fulfillment progress
Requested changes cannot be guaranteed.
8. Combining Orders
If multiple orders are placed separately, customers may request that orders be combined before fulfillment begins.
While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, combined shipping cannot be guaranteed.
Orders that have already entered fulfillment may not be eligible for consolidation.
9. Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been issued, cancellation is no longer possible.
Customers who no longer wish to keep the purchased items may request a return after delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Refused Deliveries
Customers who refuse delivery of a shipped package may experience delays in processing.
Returned packages must first be received and inspected before any applicable refund can be considered.

11. Failed Delivery Due to Incorrect Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order information is accurate.
Celinefiles is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from:
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Missing apartment numbers
- Invalid postal codes
- Incorrect recipient information
- Inaccurate contact details
If a package is returned due to incorrect customer-provided information, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
12. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If a cancellation request is successfully approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If Celinefiles cancels an order, any authorized payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.
